This is a modified Paula Deen gumbo recipe and Joanie’s first time making gumbo. It turned out AMAZING! The only modification we would make is adding some hot sauce for a kick. Everything else was delish. Gumbo Ingredients: 3 large chicken breasts @mortonsalt Season All @mccormickspice pepper 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 pound sliced @johnsonville jalapeño cheddar sausage 5 tablespoons @countrycrock 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 large onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped
