Dessert – serves 2 Orange and Raspberry Cranachan Ingredients • Double cream x 200ml • Raspberries x 2 punnets (1 punnet to be pureed with extra sugar) • 80g caster sugar • Orange zest and juice x 2 • Oatmeal x 50g lightly toasted • Honey x 20g • Whisky x 2 tsps Method Semi whip the double cream, sugar, honey, orange juice and zest and whisky together.
