Elliott Elementary School students helped a downtown mural take flight by picking up printmaking skills in art class! 🎨 Dozens of Owls created hand-printed birds for a new mural on the MusicBox recording building at the corner of 14th and N. Students at Abraham Lincoln Elementary had a New Orleans themed day, centered around the book they are reading, ‘Jazz Rent Party’ by William Miller. NBHS Jazz Band performed. Ever wonder how millions of meals arrive on LPS food trays every year? 🍗🍎🥦 The LPS Nutrition Services Distribution Center makes that happen! Semis of food products such as chicken, potatoes, applesauce, milk, pineapple tidbits and frozen strawberry cups arrive at the NSDC warehouse each week.
