Ranchers are not the ones setting the retail beef price… The “big 4” JBS, Cargill, Tyson and National Beef do. And we need these packers to help produce our high quality highly nutritious beef products. But they hold a LOT of power over pricing and it has been a pain point for producers for generations. Before @realdonaldtrump starts blaming the wrong side of the industry, let’s have some real conversations about the monopoly that goes on in our country and impacts both producer AND consumer. #b
