We had summer for Christmas…and then this showed up. Feeding cows is going to be a muddy mess, but it was pretty while it fell. 🙃 And the things I let the kids talk me into. 🙈 Might as well play while the playing’s good. 😅 Who else woke up to unexpected snow? ❄️ | Meredith Bernard - This Farm Wife

Sometimes I think it’s good to look back in order to appreciate not only how far we’ve come, but the promise of what lies ahead. This will forever be the year I witnessed God perform miracles and saw the best of humanity in the worst of times. Thank you for your support and encouragement. I’ll never be able to tell you how much it meant. How much your generosity changed my life even more than the lives we helped together. 😭 We are always better together and I can’t wait to see how God moves in

Reading a Praise of Thanksgiving from 1 Chronicles 16:7-36 NLT. …just because. Because He’s worthy. He’s able. He’s good. He’s just. He keeps His promises. Say it with me. 🙌Amen. 🙏 | Meredith Bernard - This Farm Wife

Little did I know when I started my YouTube channel 6 years ago and began to grow a social media following that God was secretly raising an army for such a time as this. An army of humans that love beyond borders and give beyond their means. I always believed what I was doing had purpose, but now I see it in full - or at least the full potential. When all we can see is today and yesterday, God sees and knows it all. And in all things He’s working good for His glory. Thank you for being the hands

Spoiler alert: God still moves mountains. God still saves. Amen? And to the algorithm - I know you don’t like when I talk about Jesus and you choose not to share it with many people, but I’m trusting whoever needs this word will receive it. I may be losing followers on here, but if one more is added in Heaven then nothing was posted in vain. 🫶 | Meredith Bernard - This Farm Wife

If you can look past my eye bags and tear stained faced, I pray that you’ll listen to God’s word and remember all He has done. In ages past. In your life. In all our lives. And trust Him to be all He is, all He has been and all He promises to always be. He is for you. He is with you. He loves you and He sent His Son to die for you. Even you. Even me. Thank you, Lord. We don’t deserve your grace, but by it we are saved. Let us never forget His goodness. Let us never stop reminding others. Love y’

HELENE RELIEF TRIP 5 …Every time I leave the mountains I take a piece of them with me. A piece of every story I hear. A piece of the precious people I meet. A piece of the unbelievable destruction that is reality. A piece of the despair running like a river where the river took everything along its banks. A piece of the community that has been woven into the aftermath of lives torn apart. A piece of the loss - from washed away caskets, to washed away dreams. A piece of the hope slowly digging it

About Hurricane Helene. This is our Katrina. This is really a big deal. I don’t know what to do except pray, spread awareness and offer an opportunity for anyone able to help any way they can. I’m listing resources and places I trust below for information and good places to make donations for relief efforts. Feel free to list others you know and trust in the comments and feel free to share updates, photos, videos, etc. My heart breaks for all affected. 😓💔 Love you all! ,m @ncwx_authority - ama

First solo drive. First full week of community college. 🥹 Dear God, please keep my boy safe. Let him have a great day and year at school. Thank you for preparing him for this time. Help him be a light for you. Thank you for going ahead of him and for your perfect plan for his life. Please bring him home safely. Amen. If you know, you know. Hugs fellow mamas. We’ve got this. I honestly don’t remember having any great childhood aspirations as to how I saw my future self or what I hoped to be doing later in life - but I do know it wasn’t driving a tractor. Or married to a farmer. Or even with kids, for that matter. And now I thank God daily for knowing better than me. For the gift of this life and all the hard and holy that comes with it. There’s no place I’d rather be. It’s ok to not have everything figured out… because He already does. 🤍 | Meredith Bernard - This F

This one time I cooked beef tongue…🫣😂 The things I do for my kids. Wesley loves “tacos de lengua” so hubs had our beef tongues saved from our last meat processing and I gave it a go. More like *fajitas de tongue* but still not bad. Really, y’all! Not bad. Good thing, because I’ve got a freezer full of tongues wagging at me every time I open it. 😛 What do you think? Would you try it? Maybe you already eat this? Never have I ever. Until tonight… | Meredith Bernard - This Farm Wife
