Don't expect the P90's to sound like a Strat in the 2 and 4 positions, though. Higher output pickups like that will definately effect the "quack" of those positions.

Dec 17, 2010 · I've seen some P90 pickups with the pole pieces adjusted high. How much difference is there in raising the pole pieces vs raising the whole P90 pickup?

The Fralin noiseless P90 for bridge and Alnico rods neck are fantastic. Great P90 tones. The neck is especially clean, chimey...sounds nice with gain too. Have this set in my CS LP Special.
