Akhil Akkineni (born 8 April 1994) is an American actor known for his work in Telugu cinema of India. He debuted as a child artist in the film Sisindri (1994), for which he won a Filmfare Special Award.

Akhil started his education at Chaitanya Vidyalaya, before heading to study in Australia for two years and returned to complete his studies at Oakridge International School, Hyderabad
